Editable/source files included on request for approved retained deliverables.
Broader monthly support for active campaigns and heavier promotional calendars.
Standard turnaround: 2–3 business days for retained static work within scope.
Up to 3 revisions on static assets, 1 revision on motion assets.

Rush work may still attract rush fees when approved unless specifically covered inside the approved retained scope.

Important retainer notes

Important commercial points potential retainer clients should know.

Upfront billing

Retainer billing is paid upfront before monthly retained work starts or continues. Work is not booked into the retainer queue until payment is cleared.

Scope control

Retainers cover agreed monthly creative scope, not unlimited work. Requests outside retained scope, major web builds, or specialist production are quoted separately.

Rush priority

Tier 3 is the priority retainer. Monthly retained work under that tier is handled as rush-priority by default within the agreed retained scope.

You are then sent into the current Vixel invoice and payment system so billing is handled inside the same live workflow you already use.
